Sildenafil was first discovered in a small laboratory in India in 2010 and has since been in use since. The FDA has said the death rate is nearly five times greater than the reported death rate from heart disease.
The death of a 23-year-old man who died after taking sildenafil for more than a year has been linked to an increasing number of deaths related to heart attacks and strokes.

Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor.
The drug was first approved for use in the United States in June 2010.

1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
If you have any questions or concerns about taking Cialis or interactions with other drugs, consult your doctor or pharmacist. This product requires a doctor’s prescription before use.** If you’re using Cialis, this drug should only be used by individuals who are unable to use other drugs with nitrates, as it’s prescribed for a conditions like angina.

LOLI would really appreciate any input.I've been doing some research on this. A quick google shows there are many online vendors of Viagra and similar products that offer the same benefits. I've been getting about 50mg of the drug in different dosages. I have tried various types of pills and even tried various brands of pills, but it all just depends on my body's metabolism and tolerability. I would definitely recommend searching the internet for Viagra and similar products.
The generic version of Viagra is only available on the internet. Its been suggested that you can try to avoid the same dosage of the generic medicine because it can cause side effects. However, I would really like to know more about the actual generic Viagra. I am sure there are many similar ones out there that will make you feel less nervous and less nervous when taking a pill, but for now its best to use only the branded version.
Thanks in advance for any help. I'll keep looking for more info.
